Vibe 14 Project was under city re-development in the MC1 zone. The building features contemporary modern look. It is located directly across the street from the inner spring of South Calgary Park.

Given the location of the project site, the safety was top priority of the whole construction phase. The project had challenges while working on building services that was resolved effectively with timely coordination with developers, consultants and other concerned parties.
