Killerney Infill Spec Homes is a fabulous newly built 2 semi-detached contemporary homes. It is located in Killerney community close to downtown. This project was under City’s redevelopment infill program. RPMI jointly acquired an old property, demolished it to build two semi-detached modern spec homes for sale.

This was RPMI’s very first project in Canada with investment partnership. This project was completed in less than a year because of the good craftsmanship of the team. With its very unique interior design and premium quality of materials and finishes, both units were sold in less than a month.
