Galaxy Dental was a premium dental office project on the ground floor. The general contracting scope included Tenant improvement in RioCan’s commercial retail base building, including coordination with Dental equipment supplier on the installation of high end dental equipment. The project features modern interior finish in 8 operatories, reception area and waiting area.

The project was executed on a fast track and was completed in less than 4 months within the budget. The construction was scheduled over most of the weekends and public holidays to meet the deadline. The developer’s mandate of cost optimization was achieved by focusing on key interior items in consultation with the owners. Our team was able to coordinate with dental equipment supplier in an effective manner to achieve the client’s intent.
