Northside Growco was a High-Tech Cannabis grow-op facility that was planned in two phases. RPMI executed Phase-1 tenant improvement covering more than 25,000 sq.ft. area in an existing steel structure bay. The improvement involved construction of nearly 7,000 sq.ft. of steel structure mezzanine to house larze size sophisticated AHUs, MUAs and Boiler Room. The project demanded a very high level of attention to details, coordination and understanding on top-notch security system, automation for irrigation, fertigation, built environment and lighting control system.

RPMI’s played key role from preliminary estimates and value engineering to final completion and closeout. Our team went extra mile to understand Health Canada’s regulatory requirements by closely working with CCI Deloitte, coordinating the same with consultants and other stake holders, followed by a reconciled execution at the construction level. Some of the most complex items, including design level issues, were adequately handled by our team. We were highly recognized by CCI Deloitte, third-party suppliers and owners for our dedication and contribution to the high class finish of the project.
