RPMI built a huge reputation on the very first project in Pittsburgh that helped close the deal with this second multi-million-dollar custom home project. The home features walk-out basement, fitness center, large gaming and entertainment area, home theater with 12 reclined seating, Onyx cladded master bathroom and a 4-car garages.

The home boasts of a custom-made open step circular stairs made of solid American red cherry wood and curved glass rail. Other unique features include Italian marble – PerlatoSicilia flooring, custom made doors from solid American wood cherry. RPMI sourced custom built furniture, light fixtures and art design from our international strategic partners. The overall design of the interior was to be modern with sleek, clean lines.
